		<description>We had the same issue, we narrowed it down to a defect in the sata controller on the older revision motherboards.  We purchased newer motherboard revisions and problem was solved.  I would estimate we saw this same issue on at least 1/2 of our dx2200&#039;s.</description>

		<description>Hey, I have a few of these at work too, and one of them started having the same problem.  I changed the drive, problem persisted.  I ended up changing the SATA cable, and it has worked fine ever since; that was about two years ago.
